Our Koskela Returns policy includes all ReHome products purchased through Koskela. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn't meet your satisfaction, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt and opt for either a credit note or a refund to your original payment method. For products returned after the 30-day period, you can trade your item back in utilising the Koskela trade-in portal.
